Why We Built Where to know

Where to know began with two co-founders brought together by a shared passion for hotels and hospitality. We met as frequent travellers, bonded over loyalty programs and elite upgrades - and quickly realized something was missing in the guest experience cycle.

Across thousands of hotel stays in over 70 countries, we saw the same problem again and again: meaningful guest feedback was often missed, buried, or scattered across platforms.

We knew there had to be a better way:
